I specialize in employee management and team development. Company Culture is my keystone specialty.Together with my clients, we "change the world" for the employees and leaders of their companies.
In my experience with Tony Robbins, Chet Holmes and Zappos companies as a coach and consultant and with hundreds of client companies, I have a diverse background and thousands of hours in experience. Any problem you have, I have probably heard a version of it before and know how to best fix it.

ACTUAL BEFORE AND AFTER EXPERIENCE a client, Scott Bronson of Naples, FL:
Before I met Christie, i:
- Was struggling to stay profitable
- I read every business book and took multiple seminars and classes, without any real long term improvement. Overwhelmed.
- Was successful, but had reached a plateau with no idea how to get to the next level. No training or program had helped me achieve the results I wanted
- Was doing many things, lots of efforts in many directions with mediocre results
- Thought I was a good manager, but had employees that did not follow through on changes and improvements I would implement!
